Any member of your organization authorized to act on its behalf can start a listing for a domain your organization manages on Domain Pool. You'll be asked to confirm that authorization as the first step.

The listing fee is non-refundable once your listing is submitted and paid — it covers the review and marketing of your listing. The one exception is if Domain Pool declines to approve your listing, in which case the fee is refunded.

Only if and when your domain actually sells. It's deducted from the sale proceeds before the remaining funds are sent to you — you never pay it out of pocket, and it never applies to a listing that doesn't sell.

Yes, at any time before a sale is agreed. The listing fee stays non-refundable, but no success fee applies to a cancelled listing since nothing sold.

In most cases no — we enable it automatically as part of listing your domain. If your domain's registrar setup needs it added manually first, we'll let you know exactly what to do before your listing can be approved.

For exceptionally high-value domains above our standard listing tool's price ceiling, contact our sales team directly and we'll arrange the sale with you personally.

Not yet — today the Marketplace only lists domains your organization already manages on Domain Pool. Bringing outside domains into our brokerage without transferring them here first is something we're actively researching for a future release.
